| Title: |
Differential EEG profiles in Burnout patients |
| Research Area(s): |
Emotion and Self Regulation |
| Background: |
Burnout has recently become one of the most prevalent work-related disorders. Only clinical studies have been performed thus far. We wanted to conduct a psychophysiological study to shed more light on the burnout syndrome, and also investigate how different it is to chronic fatigue and depression. |
| Aims: |
This study is an exploratory study, since to date no psychophysiological studies have been performed in Burnout. |
| Method: |
We use the BRC methodology, and Neuropsychological data, EEG data and ERP data will be analyzed, together with some additional questionnaires (e.g. UBOS-A; BDI and CIS20R). |
