| Title: |
Working Memory in Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder |
| Research Area(s): |
ADHD and Allied Conditions |
| Background: |
Core symptomatology of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD) includes deficits in prioritising, organising and panning in a goal directed manner, which are indicative of Working Memory (WM) abnormality. Accordingly, neuropsychological and psychophysiological related WM indices have been reported to be atypical in AD/HD samples. |
| Aims: |
This study aims to investigate differences in ERP components during a WM task between children with AD/HD and controls. |
| Method: |
ERP component data from the WM paradigm will be analysed from children diagnosed with AD/HD and controls. |
